Oria Innovation Campus is an example of placemaking that aims to align a consolidated urban environment with the new market demands.

What was once a dairy product factory has been converted into a campus that offers new laboratories, work and living spaces, offices and all kinds of services that will turn the daily life of its users into a unique experience.

ORIA VISION

Oria Vision is an office tower that reaches 26 floors high, with a total buildable surface of 40.840 m². It has natural lighting in all workplaces and more than 1,800 m² of surface area for terraces.

ORIA TERRA

Oria Terra is a 6-story high office building, with a total buildable area of 6,415 m². It has natural lighting in all workplaces and a 450 m² rooftop terrace.

ORIA PULSE

PULSE is a building designed to accommodate young professionals for medium and long-term stays. It has large housing units that cover all the needs of its occupants. In addition, indoor and outdoor common areas have carefully been designed to encourage a sense of community amongst its neighbors.

ORIA NEO

NEO is a student residence designed to meet the highest standards regarding quality and sustainability. The building includes very large common areas which aim to create a sense of community and encourage living a healthy life.

KADANS FACTORY

The old factory will be transformed into a Life Sciences research center. Although the building belongs to the Madrid City Council, it will be operated by Kadans, one of the main managers of scientific spaces in the world. The reconversion of the building will be dedicated to companies and startups, together with public and private institutions from the world of research, forming a community for the development and exchange of knowledge.

ÓRIA VISION

Ória Visión es una torre de oficinas de 26 plantas de altura, con una superficie total edificable de 40.840 m².
Cuenta con iluminación natural en la totalidad de los puestos de trabajo y más de 1.800 m² de superficie destinada a terrazas.

ÓRIA TERRA

Ória Terra es un edificio de oficinas de 6 plantas de altura, con una superficie total edificable de 6.415 m².
Cuenta con iluminación natural en la totalidad de los puestos de trabajo y más de 450 m² de terraza en la azotea.

ÓRIA PULSE

PULSE es un edificio diseñado para alojar a jóvenes profesionales durante periodos de media y larga estancia. Cuenta con amplias unidades habitacionales con las que se busca cubrir todas las necesidades de sus ocupantes. Además, la residencia cuenta con espacios comunes tanto interiores como exteriores cuidadosamente diseñados que incentivan el sentido de comunidad, la relación entre sus vecinos y el trabajo en equipo.

ÓRIA NEO

NEO es una residencia de estudiantes diseñada para cumplir con las más altas exigencias de calidad y sostenibilidad demandadas en la actualidad. Cuenta con multitud de zonas comunes y espacios verdes que pretenden fomentar un estilo de vida saludable e impulsen el sentimiento de comunidad.

FÁBRICA DE KADANS

La antigua fábrica será transformada en un centro de investigación de ciencias de la vida. Aunque el edificio pertenece al Ayuntamiento de Madrid, este será operado por Kadans, uno de los principales gestores de espacios científicos del mundo. La reconversión del edificio estará dedicada a que empresas y startups, junto con instituciones públicas y privadas del mundo de la investigación, formen una comunidad para la generación e intercambio de conocimiento.
