ORIA INNOVATION CAMPUS IS A MIXED-USE COMPLEX WHICH MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO ACHIEVE THE WELL-BEING OF ITS USERS
Oria Innovation Campus will also have LEED Platinum certification for its office buildings. The LEED certification rewards the use of sustainable strategies in all building construction processes, from the adaptation of the plot where it is located, to the efficient use of water and energy, the selection of sustainable materials and providing environmental quality in indoor facilities . This system offers, in addition to the certification of the building, the accreditation of professionals, to whom training in sustainability is provided.
